Terms and Conditions

Bookings
An initial reservation may be made by telephone, post, on-line booking form or e-mail and will be held for five days pending the return of the completed Booking Form and initial deposit. The submission of the Booking Form and payment of the deposit by the party leader, confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below, and shall be binding on the person(s) booking and intending to occupy the premises.

Rental Period
Any stay of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £40/$65
The Villa will be available for occupation from 1600 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1100 hours on the day of departure.
A later departure may be possible but may incur an additional charge.

Guests
No single sex parties will be accepted without prior approval. No pets are accepted.
Smoking is not permitted. If guests do smoke in the villa, the cost of fumigation will be charged.
Only persons named on the Booking Form may occupy the villa, and any persons not on the Booking Form will be asked to leave. This is to ensure comfort, security, and compliance with the licensing legislation.

Payment
Payment can be made via personal cheque, or Paypal.
Paypal accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards
This method of payment will incur an additional 3% charge.
When completed Booking Form is received, you will be invoiced for a non-refundable deposit of 15% of total cost.
A receipt and confirmation of your booking will then be sent.
Payment of the balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arrival date is less than 10 weeks, full payment is required at time of booking
On receipt of balance, we will send out your final instructions and information.
If pool heat is required this should be requested at the time of booking.
You can request pool heat on arrival in the US but this will incur a local management charge of $25.00.. Please be advised that it takes 24 hours for the pool to heat up fully.
Following arrival, the management company will require credit card details as a security deposit.
