Immaculately kept, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool villa with extra large landscaped surround is everything you need for a fantastic holiday in the Florida sun. Benefiting from a private, south facing pool with Jacuzzi and covered lanai. The poolside provides plenty of space for relaxing in the sun. This beautifully furnished villa is situated in a quiet, select community - yet within easy reach of Disney World, and all the major attractions and many fantastic golf courses.

Within 2 minutes of the villa fuel is available at the local garage at the junction of Lake Wilson Rd and Ronald Reagan Parkway, this amenity also houses a mini market and serves hot takeaway food.
5 minutes away there is a large Publix supermarket with pharmacy.
The nearest golf courses are less than 10 minutes away and prices usually include electric buggy.

There are 2 huge Wal-Mart stores in the area, both within 15 minutes of the villa, one on the HW 27 just north of the 192. The other store is at the junction of the Osceola Parkway and Poinciana Boulevard. These stores are amazing and excellent value.

10 minutes away is the 192 along which you’ll find you’ll find restaurants galore. This includes our own personal favourite, Ponderosa, where an adult main course and help yourself buffet is from only $8 and under 5’s eat free.

The villa itself comprises of four double bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a spacious great room, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook, double garage and pool. The separate utility room houses a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

All bedrooms are spacious and attractively decorated. The master bedroom has an enormous US King-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and its own TV. It also has access via patio doors to the pool area and complimentary use of linens and towels. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity unit with lights and shaver points, shower cubicle and a huge deep corner bath. There is also direct access to the poolside.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a double shower cubicle, and a TV.
Two further bedrooms, (both of which have twin beds) share a third bathroom with a bath and shower over, and have fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with all the equipment you would expect – including an oven and hob, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a full set of crockery, cutlery, utensils and house wares.

The Great Room is decorated to the highest standard, creating a relaxing atmosphere in which to relax while watching the TV, or looking out to the pool area. This room also has a mini Hi Fi and a Sofa that easily converts into a double Queen Size bed.

This beautiful Florida villa benefits from a south facing, screened pool with spa, which is accessed through patio doors in the lounge. NB. Alarms are fitted to all the patio doors for your children's protection. The poolside provides a fantastic view of the stunning Florida sunset. There is ample decking for sitting or lounging and a covered area if required to escape the all day sun! Pool furniture is also provided. Pool heating may be arranged, if required, at an extra charge of £70 per week. This is advisable during the winter months. There is outside and underwater lighting in case you fancy a midnight dip. Also, unique, in this community and possibly many others, the pool has a handrail to aid entry and exit to the pool. Greatly appreciated by parents of small children and those of us with mobility issues

Nearby airports include Orlando International airport (approx. 30 minutes,) Sanford airport (approx 60 minutes) and Tampa airport (approx 75 minutes.) The superb beaches of the Gulf coast to the west (approx 90 minutes) or the Kennedy Space Centre to the east can be reached in less than an hour’s drive.

There is cable TV and a telephone installed (free local calls). The 24hr management company is onsite to look after your every need.

Please note that this is a completely non-smoking villa – even on the pool area.
